Is there a free trial?
We don't run a self-serve trial — home care is operations-critical and most teams need a real onboarding. Instead we run a 30-minute tailored demo with sample data and waive the first month for early customers who sign within two weeks.
How is a 'branch' counted?
A branch is a single operating location with its own coordinator and carer pool. If you have one office serving multiple cities with shared staff, that's one branch.
What happens if we exceed the client or carer cap?
We let you go up to 20% over the cap automatically; sustained overage triggers a tier-up conversation, not a lockout.
Can we export our data?
Yes. Full CSV + JSON export available any time, even on Starter. Data is yours; we just store and process it.
Do you charge a marketplace commission?
No commission. The marketplace listing is included; bookings flow into your live board for the same per-branch fee.
What about GST?
All prices exclusive of GST at 18%. We invoice with GSTIN.
